Moss, American Taxi The following changes to the draft Public Passenger Vehicle Ordinance were discussed: Section 18 .4203 E 4 (p. 6 ) Eliminate the record-keeping requirements for the amount of fare. Section 18 . 4203 F 5 (p. 6 ) : Add . . . "for service generated in Elk Grove Village" . Section 18 .4204 H 2e (p. 9 ) : Add language to give the Chief of Police discretionary authority (rather than mandatory suspension only) for extenuating circumstances . . . . .please continue Section 18 .4205 D 3 (p. 10) : Change $ . 10 to $.50 . D 6 (p. 11) : In first sentence, put ' Public Vehicle Commission' in place of 'Chief of Police' . D 7 (p. 11) : Put ' Public Vehicle Commission' in place of 'Chief of Police ' . Section 18 . 4206 (p. 13) : Add to the section on Liveries the language contained in the section on taxicabs that prohibits the conveyance of toxic, hazardous or biological waste material . Section 18 .4206 G 2e (p. 15) : Add language to give the Chief of Police discretionary authority (rather than mandatory suspension only) for extenuating circumstances . Section 18 .4209 A 1 (p. 18) : Change 'Taxicab Dispatcher' to 'Public Passenger Vehicle Dispatcher' . The $500 fee is to be discussed further by the Committee.
