HomeMy WebLinkAboutJPZ - 08/10/1992 - FAIRMONT ESTATES PLAT OF SUB Judiciary, Planning & Zoning Committee Minutes 8110192 8:01 p.m. COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: Dennis Gallitano, Chairman Nancy Czarnik, Member Joseph Bosslet, Member STAFF PRESENT: Renee Farrell, Administrative Assistant Alan Boffice, Director of Engineering & Community Development FAIRMONT ESTATES PLAT OF SUBDIVISION Committee members discussed issues relating to the Plat of Subdivision, including the maintenance of the eight evergreens on public rights-of-way, placement of driveways along West Glenn Trail, installation of fences for Lots 10 and 11, and the adjoinment of public rights-of-way. The consensus of the Committee was to have Staff pursue the establishment of a restrictive covenant on homeowners residing on nearby lots to bear the full cost and responsibility of maintaining the eight Colorado Spruce Evergreen trees at the north end of Christa Court cul-de-sac. Concerns were expressed by Committee members regarding unfavorable traffic conditions resulting from the placement of additional driveways on West Glenn Trail . in addition, concerns were raised regarding the adjoinment of public rights-of-way at Biesterfield Road and Christa Court. After further deliberation the Committee agreed to discuss these issues with the full Village Board at the village Board meeting on 8111192.
