Czarnik, Member Chris Prochno, Member Absent: None Staff: George B. Knickerbocker, Village Attorney Mike Cavallini, Health Department Coordinator Ron Satzke, Licensing Officer Bart Dill, Trustee Massage Ordinance The Committee reviewed the second amended draft Ordinance prepared by the Village Attorney. There were some additions and amendments discussed by the Committee Members. Once again, Mr. Len Pinkowski, a Massage Therapist, offered his comments on the second amended draft. The Committee requested the Village Attorney to prepare a final draft for their review and comment and, if satisfactory, to submit the final draft to the entire Board. Food Vending Vehicle Ordinance The Village Attorney explained to the Committee the origin of the drafting of this Ordinance which involved enforcement problems faced by the Health Department with respect to Food Vending Vehicles in the Industrial Park. It appears that the vehicles are selling non-labeled food and also storing food in vehicles not properly refrigerated, in violation of State of Illinois Codes and local Village Regulations. The Committee discussed the draft Ordinance and instructed the Village Attorney to forward a copy of the Ordinance to the entire Board for adoption at a later date.
