The meeting commenced at 7:01 p.m. to discuss a proposed Ordinance relating to the
zoning of Adult Business Uses. The Village Attorney introduced the proposed Ordinance
as well as material relating to the constitutional aspects and problems of licensing Adult
Businesses. The Chairman had previously received information and forwarded that
information to the Village Attorney to make copies for the other members. The
Committee also discussed additional concerns other than zoning such as licensing and
ordinances of other municipalities. An outline of additional meetings before the JPZ
Committee as well as hearings before the Plan Commission was discussed.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
