Administrative Offices, 901 Brantwood Ave. The Meeting was called to order by President Harvey R. Speiden at 6:26 P.M. ROLL CALL On Roll Call the following members were present; Harvey R. Speiden, Jerry Norris, Hilda Ingebrigtsen, Patricia S. Smith, James D. MacArthur, Richard T. Dugan, Patrick L. Beck. Absent were; Dennis J. Gallitano, George P. Knickerbocker. Mr. Richard J. Puchalski, Attorney at Law, Pension Fund Legal Counsel was present during the disability hearing. Mr. Ronald Ternberg, Barb Ternberg, and their counsel Mr. Robert Arnold were also present during the disability hearing. MINUTES Motion by Jerry Norris, Seconded by James MacArthur to accept the minutes of the November 7, 1994 meeting as written and dispense with their reading. Motion passed unanimously. Motion by James MacArthur, Seconded by Richard Dugan to accept the minutes of the January 12, 1995 meeting and dispense with their reading. Motion passed unanimously. TREASURER'S REPORT Treasurer H. Ingebrigtsen submitted a Balance Sheet, Schedule of Investments, and a Disbursement Register of the Firemen's Pension Fund of February 28, 1995. She reviewed all three with the Board Members and explained their contents. A question was posed to the Treasurer regarding a letter sent to the Fund from the Department of Insurance regarding a certain investment. The Treasurer stated that she has not heard back from the State as of this date. Motion by Patrick Beck, seconded by Richard Dugan to accept the Treasurer's Report, Certify the Disbursement Register and place it, the Schedule of Investments, and Balance Sheet on file with the Minutes. Motion passed unanimously. ELK GROVE FIRMEN'S PENSION FUND BOARD MEETING MINUTES MARCH 09, 1995 PAGE 2 OF 2 OLD BUSINESS After a short recess a decision was made to go into executive session to conduct a hearing regarding the disability of Ronald Ternberg. NEW BUSINESS An application for benefits was filed by Fred Rohrer ADJOURNMENT Motion by Jerry Norris, seconded by Richard Dugan to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously.
