MINUTES OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETINGELK GROVE FIREFIGHTER'S PENSION FUNDMay 1,2000
CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the Firefighter's pension fund was held on May 1,2000 in the Fire Department
Administration Office 901 Brantwood Avenue, The meeting was called to order by President
Richard Dugan at 7:15 p.m.
ROLL CALL
On roll call the following members were present: Richard Dugan,Jerry Norris,Hilda
Ingebrigtsen,Mark Percudani,and James D. MacArthur. In addition Rick Puchiski,Attorney at
Law,Pension Fund Legal Counsel. Absent were,Craig Johnson,Brian McVeigh,George
Knickerbocker, and Ann Welsh.
AENUTES
A motion was made by James Mac Arthur to accept the minutes of the November 8, 1999
meeting. Jerry Norris seconded the motion_ The motion passed unanimously.
REPORT OF INVESTMENTS

None
OLD BUSINESS
None
NEW BUSINESS
President Richard Dugan stated that he is in receipt of the Pension Application and all
supporting documents of Nathan L. Gac,Andrew L. laird,and Joseph P. McEnery. A motion
was made by Hilda to accept Nathan L. Gac,Andrew T Laird, and Tna!ph P.McFnem Lntn- tlir
Elk Grove Village Fire Pension Fund as of February 14,2000. The motion was seconded by
James MacArthur. The motion passed unanimously.

Motion was made by James MacArthur to adjourn. It was seconded by Hilda.Ingebrigtsen.
Motion passed unanimously. Meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
The next meeting will be Monday,August 7, 2000 at 7:00 P.M. at the Fire Administration
