December 4, 1996 Meeting Minutes
1) Meeting of the EGVFD Foreign Fire Tax Board started @ 7:1 Opm at the
fire administration building, with 10 members present.

2) John Forde would like thank everyone on the board for their hard work in
getting the budget item's ready in such a short time and for all the work
they've done for the Fire Tax Board.
3) Discussion on the budget item's for this year as to how everyone is doing
on their research on the item's and if it's ready to be submitted in budget draft.
Just about everyone has all the necessary figures or form's completed. Scott
requested that the truckman's belt's be taken out of this year's budget but left
on the approved list for consideration in the future. Board agreed. Jim
MacArthur reported that the budget item's will follow the fire dept. budget
account's except for the beginning number. This will be 209. Jim also
reported that for all figuring, use 94 sworn personal for any item's.
4) All budget form's can be found under the G drive in the network computer.
All member's with a budget item please have paper form's completed or final
figures forward to John Forde by Dec 13 for completion.
5) John Forde & Scott Peterson both stated they will be absent from the next
meeting (Dec 18) due to previous scheduled plans.
6) No further business and the meeting was adjourned at 8:40pm. Next
meeting Wednesday, Dec 18, 1996.
