Yes Sit in: Keenan,M Harris, Derma sr,Hall, Schneider,Tosto,Reinhardt,Rogers,D/C Forde Proceedings: -Meeting called to order at 1835 hrs by, Chairman Fordon -October 16 meeting minutes were approved NOV 2 4 2003 Nothing to report Report: Vl�(gGE CLERK,$ OFFICE OLD BUSINESS -TV Stands: Last meeting Fordon stated that money is in the budget in the 2107 line item. Miller stated he would look into it, still no definite answer. The board agreed to put new TV stand for all 4 stations in the 2004 budget. -Internet Service: Chief announced the Village has approved Internet access to the FFIB computers. This access will be through the Villages network. This will be a less expensive yearly option to the FFIB in the long run. This will also provide the Village with the control of site access that they wanted. Board unanimously approved the go ahead and set up of the Internet access and the appropriations of budget money. - New Budget Items: Delayed discussion until `New Business'. NEW BUSINESS - New Budget items: Reviewed all items voted on during October 16,2003 board meeting. These items were opened up for revote: ITEM MEET COST APPROVED special Mating CRITERIA FOR BUDGET vote •VITA MIX BLENDER $600-$700-change to$400-$500 YES 2000.00 NO 4NO/2YES 6NO/5YES *LEG EXTENSION CURL MACHINE 4X$300 YES 1200.00 NO 6NO EYES/4NO *REPLACEMENT AMBULANCE FOR A9/122 YES 125,000.00 NO 4NO2YES*Out for Vote *Board established the policy that any item with a cost over$50,000 will be put out for a vote by the general membership of the Fire Dept. *PDA SCANNER FOR CLOTHING INVENTORY YES 1100.00 YES First time vote 7YES/3NO - Budget Increases for 2004—Board voted to increases 2004 budget amounts for Office Supplies from$750 to $1250, Operating Supplies from$1010 to $5000,all other amounts approved at the same levels. -Ballots For upcoming elections—Sharp, Hall, Kelly, &Rogers have signed up for their respective shifts to be put on the ballot. Ballots out until November 10,2003. Meeting adjourned at 2023
