Chairman's Report:
- Chairman would like for all current members up for re-election to run again
- Asked that once were discussing `New' business we vote on canceling December's board meeting

Secretary/Treasurer Report:
- Nothing to report

- Education Committee: Nothing to report
- Total disbursements out of Tuition Reimbursement account since it's inception up to now
(November 2004): $15,739.50. 13 Fire Department members have used the benefit

OLD BUSINESS
- Status of remaining items being purchased:
RIT Pack—purchased and in-service, mix up by finance thinking it was a general Fire Dept.
purchased changed a hose that comes with it. Chief states it will be taken care of.
Upgrade software for FFIB computers— Station 9 & 10 completed so far
PDA Bar Code scanners—received invoice, P.O being cut by Lynn Cox for purchase
Thermal Imaging Camera—Camera is being purchased at a price around $16,000.
Weight Scales— Waiting for a check or PO to purchase them
Village Map for Administration building—Map cases in the process of being install as of the
day of this meeting.
NEW BUSINESS
a. Board approved motion to vote on budget once it comes back from Village Board/Manager
b. Board approved having elections in January this year and every year after that to accommodate
the budget process
c. Board approved canceling December board meeting
