HomeMy WebLinkAboutBOARD OF HEALTH - 04/02/1991 - Minutes Village of Elk Grove Board of Health April 2, 1991 The regular meeting of the Elk Grove Village Board of Health was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Pat McHale, Chairman, in Meeting Room C of the Village Hall. Old Business A. Nursing Position The Board of Health reviewed the nursing position and made appropriate revisions. It was suggested that the position be advertised in the "Nursing Spectrum". This is a widely read professional nursing publication. B. Recycling Update Recycling containers are on order and should be ready for distribution to apartment and condo complexes within a few weeks. Two complexes will be using roll-off containers and bids will be reviewed in 10 days. Attached are pictures of the recycling containers to be used at multi-family complexes. II. Routine Reports A. Coordinator's Report -- Immunization Clinic - 25 children were given 47 shots at the March 19, 1991 clinic. -- Budget The nursing position was approved by the Village Board. This will be added to the already approved budget for 1992. B.
