of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 28, 2014, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Liti ation matter.

The Village Board was advised of a lawsuit filed by AT&T in the amount of$90,000 in damages
for purported damage to an AT&T cable by a watermain break. The damage to the line was not
caused by the watermain break and the Village is working to resolve this dispute.
The meeting adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
