Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 11, 2014, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board was advised of a recommendation for plan design changes for Village retirees
that would have them pay 100% of the premium under a Medicare Supplemental Plan by Hartford.
The Village Board directed staff to look into whether the costs are for a full year or partial year.
The consensus of the Village Board was to place this item on the consent agenda for approval at
the February 28, 2014 Village Board meeting.
