of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 11, 2014, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board was advised that Fire Lieutenant Michael Sharp has been promoted to the
position of Battalion Chief. Firefighter Matt Bonilla will be sworn in as the new Lieutenant. Both
will be sworn in during the March 25, 2014 Village Board meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
