Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 11, 2014, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board was advised of the state of the Village's Health Care Plan in light of the
Affordable Care Act. The Village Board was further advised of plan design changes approved by
the Personnel Committee earlier that date. These design changes will reduce the PPO by 4.1% and
will only increase HMO coverage by 2.4%. The consensus of the Board was to approve the plan
design changes and place this item on the March 25 Village Board Agenda.
