of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 8, 2014, this Executive Session was called
to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
The IL Attorney General's Office has advised the Village that they will not be pursuing a case
against AT&T U-verse at this time. The Mayor advised the Board it should hold off another year
before making any decisions on whether or not to pursue AT&T U-verse.
The meeting adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
