Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 22, 2014, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Mayor advised the Board that the Village would be saving approximately $37,000 on the
estimated cost of the purchase price for the land at Devon and Ridge.
The meeting adjourned at 5:33 p.m.
