Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 91 2014, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Mayor informed the Village Board that the Police Chief has requested a temporary increase in
manpower in anticipation of retirements in order to ensure that we are fully staffed by July, 2015.
It was the consensus of the Board to concur with this request by temporarily increasing authorized
strength by four (4) Police Officers.
The meeting adjourned at 6:19 p.m.
