Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 9, 2014, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Mayor informed the Village Board that Public Works has two Utility Foremen retiring in
January and would like to create a temporary Foreman position to hire someone to learn the system
prior to their departure. It was the consensus of the Board to concur with this request and
temporarily increase authorized strength by one (1) Foreman.
