of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 28, 2014, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board was informed that Lance Harris will be promoted from Battalion Chief to
Deputy Fire Chief in December. This action was part of the succession plan when Deputy Chief
Miller exited the Village.
