Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on December 16, 2014, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Committee was informed that the IT Department would like to bring on an additional full-time
Network Engineer to replace our existing consultant, for the same cost. The IT Department's
workload has increased over the years and they require an additional staff member. The consensus
of the Committee was to move forward with hiring an additional full-time Network Engineer for
the IT Department.
