1) Minutes of the May 17, 1995 meeting were approved with one correction. Lois
Colaprete was a guest not an official member at the meeting.
2) The Schaumburg Health Department reports to their Board of Health were
reviewed. The reports were very detailed. They have an elaborate computer
program which gives them the ability to give such detailed reports. The
Elk Grove Village Board of Health found them to be cumbersome and filled
with too much detail. They would, however, like to see more detail in our
reports. A new format will be presented at the August Board meeting for
review by the Board.
3) Coordinator's Report - June 1995
Immunization Clinic
56 children received 133 shots at the May 24th Clinic. The Board of Health
suggested that information regarding the clinics be placed near baby
products at the Jewel, Eagle and Walgreens as a way to promote the clinics.
Office Recycling
A new company was hired to pickup office recycled paper. They will be
giving us a rebate on the paper unlike the previous vendor.
TB Clinic
A TB Screening Clinic was held on May 23rd. 77 people were screened and
7 were found positive and sent for x-rays to the appropriate TB agency.

The issue of health from a broad base was assessed and analyzed. The next
step is to develop goals and objectives for 1996. 50 people were in
attendance.
Kelly will continue to report on this high powered group with information and
decisions which they will suggest to be used for program planning activities
for our area.
