The ordinance gives the Village the authority to hire outside companies to clean up debris, if the owner of the property has not complied by cleaning after several attempts have been made by the Health Department to do so. This would be similar to the weed cutting we do on a routine basis. There was no quorum so this issue will be brought up again at the May meeting. 11. The bird house issue was discussed.
