Public Works Director Steve Uhlarik - Committee Member OTHERS PRESENT Roundtree Commons Association Anne Burris, The Daily Herald Jim Callahan Ken Miller The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tosto at 7:05 p.m. in the Trustees Conference Roan at- the Municipal Building. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the acceptance of certain private improvements at the Roundtree Commons development. (Reference CIC minutes of February 28, 1983 with 12 items plus fire lanes) . The Association members present felt that items #1, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12 and the fire lane requirement would not present a problem. However, continuing dialog would be required on the items pertaining to plowing, sidewalks, street lights and storm sewers on private property. In addition, they anticipated a possible problem in their own group in obtaining all necessary easements. Points to be further considered include: 1) . Clarification of when the Village would plow streets during "heavy snowstorms", 2) . The cost and location of additional sidewalk, 3) . Reconsideration by the Village that existing street lights remain as only lights with ownership and maintenance retained by the Association, 4) . Reconsideration by the Village for acceptance of certain storm sewer lines which are located in private property but serve to drain public property.
