Fire Lanes - Townhouse Estates
Request was made by Homeowner's Association to remove the Fire Lanes
designation in their area (Versailles, Burgundy, Dauphine, Bordeaux)
and allow parking. Chief Henrici recommends approval of their
request. Committee unanimously concurs. Fire Chief was directed to
prepare the necessary ordinance.
Control System for Water Distribution Facilities
Tom Cech reviewed the internal water system improvements necessary
to accept Lake Michigan Water.
Staff recommendations to award a contract to Kamp & Associates, Inc.
for a supervisory control and data acquisition system for the water
distribution facilities in the amount of $156,410 was discussed.
Committee unanimously concurred with staff recommendations.
