Statements of Committment to Construct Public Sidewalk
Two (2 ) statements of committment were reviewed and recommended
for approval as follows:
- Elk Grove Industrial Park Lot 30, Unit 17 (NE corner
of Lively and Thorndale) sidewalk on Thorndale
frontage only.
901-1051 Cambridge Drive, sidewalks on Landmeier
and Dierking only.
Retirement of wells
The condition of the well pumping equipment, possible sale
to neighboring communities, and advertisement of sale in
national journals was discussed. Director reported condition
as follows:
#1 not operational
#2 good condition
#3 operational but oil leakage problem
#4 good condition
#5 not operational (electrical short)
#6 good condtion
#7 operational but bad vibration problem
#8 good condition
#9 good condition
#10 shallow with poor water quality
#11 good condition
#12 sold to Village of Lake Zurich and sealed
#13 shall and good condition
#14 good condition
Director will prepare a full report regarding a plan for the
future disposition of all wells.
