SIDEWALK DEFERMENT - SLP REALTY - SCOTT LIFT TRUCKS
The Committee reviewed the application from SLP Realty for a sidewalk
deferment at 2100 Landmeier Road. Due to the lack of available right
of way on Landmeier Road and the absence of sidewalk on unincorporated
property to the west of this site, it was the consensus of the Committee
to not require the installation of public sidewalk at this time. The
Village would continue to hold the Statement of Sidewalk Commitment
for this property which provides for both the installation of public
sidewalk and granting of necessary easements upon construction of public
sidewalk on property located west of this site.
The Committee also directed the Director of Engineering and Community
Development to request the AAR Corporation to install public sidewalk
along the Landmeier Road frontage of their building pursuant to their
Statement of Sidewalk Commitment.
