SALT CREEK STREAMBANK STABILIZATION PROJECT
Officials and staff from the Elk Grove Park District and School
District # 214 asked questions about the I. E. P.A. Section 319
Grant Application and questions about the letters they received
from Mayor Johnson requesting their financial participation in
this project . Staff explained and responded to questions about
the Cost Summary portions of the grant application and explained
what costs are included in the grant application. Discussion
ensued about the timing of this project and when funds should be
budgeted for this project . Mr. Cooke asked that both he and Mr.
Nunes be included on the Village's distribution list for any
information regarding this project. Officials and staff for both
the Park District and the School District advised that they will
be discussing the Village's request for financial assistance on
this project with their res,oective boards and will notify the
Village of their boards' decisions.
