MEETING MINUTES
December 27, 2002

Trustee Feichter, Member
Staff: Thomas Cech, Director of Public Works
Trustee Petri called the meeting to order at 9:05 A.M.
Proposed 2003 Street Maintenance Program
The Committee reviewed the proposed Program contained in the Department
of Public Works memo to Gary Pamin dated December 19, 2002.
The Committee recommended the following changes to staffs proposed
Program:

Staff will make the changes to the Program. The cost estimate of the revised
Program was expected to be slightly higher than the original submittal.
Committee directed staff to revise the 2003 Street Maintenance Program and
prepare for Village Board consideration on January 14, 2003.
