SALT CREEK STREAMBANK STABILIZATION PROJECT
The Committee reviewed the revised plans and cost estimates for the
project and the draft agenda for the Open House meeting. It was the consensus of the
Committee:
To schedule the Open House meeting for Wednesday, February 5, 2003
from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. in Meeting Room E of the Charles J. Zettek
Municipal Building.
That all residents abutting Salt Creek be sent a letter from the Village
inviting them to attend the Open House. Two separate letters will be
prepared and sent out — one for the residents in Phase 1 and one for the
residents in Phase 2.
That the Village use School District 214's original contribution of $105,958
to fund both their share of Phase I improvements and a portion of Phase 2
improvements in accordance with the letter received from James Popernik
of School District 214. A copy of the letter is attached to these minutes.
