Trustee Petri called the meeting to order at 10:00 A.M.
Proposed 2004 Street Maintenance Pro am
The Committee reviewed the proposed Program contained in the Department
of Public Works memo to Gary Parr-in dated November 25, 2003.
The Committee recommended to accept the Program as proposed by Staff.
The Committee approved bidding resurfacing and materials contracts along
with concrete pending Board approval of December 16, 2003.
Meeting adjourned at 11:00 A.M.
