MEETING MINUTES
December 20, 2004

Chairman Petri called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M.
Proposed 2005 Street Maintenance Program
The Committee reviewed the proposed Program contained in the Department
of Public Works memo to Gary Parrin dated December 10, 2004.
The Committee recommended the removal of Carmen Drive, Coyle Lane,
and Greenleaf Avenue. Staff was directed to re-visit these three streets for
the 2006 Program.
Staff will make the changes to the 2005 Program, revise the cost estimate,
and prepare the matter for Village Board consideration January 11, 2005.
Committee asked staff to address the deteriorating longitudinal joint in the
asphalt pavement on JF Kennedy and Rev. Morrison Blvd and the condition
of the asphalt sidewalk on Cosman Road.
