Meeting was called to order at 6:20 p.m.
The primary purpose for this meeting was to finalize plans for
the November 7, 1996 meeting at which time the Commission will
make a presentation to all interested parties regarding the
Request for Proposal for the Revitalization Program.
The draft letter of invitation was reviewed.
The draft Request for Proposal was reviewed.
The draft Presentation was reviewed.
After discussion and consensus on changes to the above, it was
agreed that the letter will be mailed with a copy of all
Commission Meeting minutes as well as a copy of the Request for
Proposal .
It was agreed that the presentation will be given by Chairman
Rettberg, with all Commissioners encouraged to participate in
discussion. The presentation will be done in conjunction with
the overhead projector and slides will accompany the printed
word. A hard copy of the presentation will be made available to
all present.
The next meeting of the Commission will be 6 p.m, on November 7 -
others will be invited to attend at 7 p.m.
In addition to items mentioned previously Jeff Snyder suggested
that the Village look at the possibility of painting the fences
surrounding the various well sites, he stated that many had not
been painted for a long time and we should set the example for
businesses in the industrial park.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
