Meeting was called to order at 6: 05 p.m.
The only item on the agenda for this meeting was the discussion
of the 7 p.m. presentation to all interested parties regarding
the Request for Proposal for the Revitalization Program.
Chairman Rettberg did a run-through of the presentation using the
overhead and Commissioners were encouraged to make comments at
any time during the presentation if they desired.
At 7 p.m. the meeting was opened to guests - see attached list.
After introductions were made, Chairman Rettberg led the
presentation and question and answer period that followed. A hard
copy of the presentation as well as an Exceptional Community
brochure was made available to all .
Meeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m. Next meeting of Commission -
December 5, 1996 6 p.m.
