Damaged parkway behind the Tonne Road intrusion bays and along
Lively Boulevard was discussed. The Commission agreed to the following action.
Property owners should be notified to repair damaged property and informed of
alternative design solutions. Police enforcement targeting specific sites along these
routes should be implemented. The use of mobile video equipment should be
evaluated as a means to identify violations.
