Henrici J. McAllister J. Meyers R. Guzzardi P. Ayers Absent: D. Paliganoff J. Glass Staff: R. Farrell, Administrative Assistant Petitioner: George Riemer Chairman Geinosky called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. Commissioner Meyers noted that the minutes from the September 21 meeting should be revised to reflect Commissioners Meyers NAY vote on both motions for the Ameritech Special Use Permit. Item A: Riemer Plat of Subdivision Chairman Geinosky explained that the subdivision is a one lot to two lot division. Lot one has a building on it and Lot 2 is currently vacant. Access to both lots will be from the private road off Elmhurst. Chairman Geinosky noted that any motion to approve this plat of subdivision would require the waiving of public street frontage of each lot and permission to allow water and sanitary sewer service to be provided by a private water and sanitary sewer line. Riemer explained that he wishes to sell both lots. Commissioner Henrici stated that he thought parking should be prohibited on the private access road to the subdivision. Riemer stated that he would have no problem with this. Commissioner Ayers expressed concern over the maintenance of the private road. Farrell stated that a maintenance agreement will be executed between the two property owners that will provide for the maintenance of the road. Farr�all noted that Riemer will be patching a few pot holes on the property as requested by staff. After further deliberation Commissioner Ayers motioned to recommend the Village Board approve the following: Approve the plat of subdivision; Waive the requirement for public street frontage of each lot; - waive the requirement to allow for water and sanitary sewer service to be provided by a private water and sanitary service line; and - Prohibit parking on the private road. Adjournment: Commissioner McAllister motioned and Commissioner Meyers seconded the motion to adjourn. Chairman Geinosky adjourned the meeting at 8:25 p.m. Respectfully submitted, --7 Wi Renee M.
