Chairman Geinosky called the public hearing to order at 8:00 p.m.
Item A: Mobil Text Amendment and Zoning Variation
Plan Commission Chairman Geinosky read Plan Commission Docket
#96-2 and explained the purpose for the public hearing. Chairman
Geinsoky stated that proper notification had been published in the
newspaper and mailed to nearby property owners, however, the petitioner
failed to post signage on the property in accordance with Village
requirements. As a result the public hearing could not be held as
scheduled.
Acting Zoning Board of Appeals Chairman Kaplan read Zoning Board
of Appeals Docket #96-1 and reiterated what was previously stated by
Plan Commission Chairman Geinosky.
Huffaker apologized to the Plan Commission and Zoning Board of
Appeals for W-T Engineering's failure to post signage on the property
and stated that it would be posted prior to the next meeting.
Chairman Geinosky closed the Plan Commission portion of the public
hearing and stated that it would reconvene at 8: 00 p.m. on Wednesday,
March 20.

Commissioner Ayers moved and Commissioner McAllister seconded the
motion to adjourn the meeting. Chairman Geinosky closed the public
hearing at 8: 15 p.m.
