BOARD OF TRUSTEES

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS
Regular Quartly Meeting Tuesday, 10 July 1973
The meeting commenced at 7 :09 P.M. at the Elk Grove Police
Department. In attendance were, Watson, Farley, Coney and
Losch, Canary was absent.
Losch reported two (2) resignations , Robert McNamara effect-
ive 30 June 1973 and Russell Marinec effective 31 July 1973 .
Also two (2) new officer assigned , Vincent Lopez and Jeffery
Stone both on 2 July 1973.
Election of officers followed, slate presented; President,
Watson, Vice President, Canary, Secretary, Losch, and Assist-
ant Secretary, Farley. It was motioned by Farley to elect the
slate as presented, seconded by Losch, motion carried.
Coney reported $38, 000 . 00 available for investment by Monday,
16 July 1973. Watson directed to check current bond listings
by Friday, 13 July and all Trustees will be contacted by tele-
phone that date as to investment. Watson inquired as to the
status of the annual report. Coney indicated that the staff
is working on the report and is in the process of preparation. .
