C Roll call of officers : Vice President Canary, Secretary Brandt,
Assistant Secretary Farley, Treasurer Coney absent .
Minutes of the previous .meeting held on Tuesday, July 19, 1977

were approved as written.
Secretary Brandt reported that the Fire & Police Commission
was unable to furnish copies of the entrance physical exams
for Robert Canary, Gerald Walsh, William Cox, Donald Skonie
and Jon Scharpenter, as they have no copies on file. Due to
fact that these members were all given their entrance exams
by Dr. Ronald Fox, who is now deceased & unknown what may
have happened to his records, it was the decision of the
board members that they have all taken their exams.
Secretary Brandt reported that there have been no resignations
from or additions to the membership of the fund, since the
last meeting.
Secretary Brandt read the following item from the weekly news
bulletin put out by the village;
George Coney, Village Treasurer/Director of Finance, has
tendered his resignation effective Saturday, November 12th.
George has served the village for over 16 years, including

be assuming the position of Director of Finance in the City
of Naples, located in the southwest portion of Florida. All

was highly valued.
Vice President Canary made the suggestion that anyone wishing
to review his folder, to ascertain that all the necessary
info is on file, may do so by contacting Secretary Brandt for
an appointment.
Vice President Canary stated that he would contact Treasurer
Coney for a financial report, if one is available , due to
the absence of Coney.
A motion was made by President Diemer that the board conduct
