Minutes of the Elk Grove Village Police Pension Board meeting
held on May 14, 2002 at 901 Wellington, Elk Grove Village, IL.

The meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m. by President Ambrose. Present were
Greenberg, Lancaster, Garr, and Sabo.
' The minutes of the last meeting, April 16, 2002 were read. Motion made by Garr,
seconded by Lancaster, to approve the minutes. Unanimous.
A motion to appoint Ambrose as President was made by Greenberg, seconded by Lancaster;
A motion to appoint Lancaster as Vice President was made by Sabo, seconded by Garr;
A motion to appoint Greenberg as Secretary was made by Lancaster, seconded by Garr;
A motion to .appoint Sabo as Assistant Secretary was made by Lancaster, seconded by Greenberg
A motion was then made by Garr, seconded by Lancaster, to approve the slate of officers
of the Board as just described. Sabo, Ambrose, and Greenberg each voted in concurrence
of the motions.
Ambrose announced the next Board meeting would be July 09, 2002 at 3:30 p.m. at
901 Wellington.
Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Lancaster, seconded by Sabo. Unanimous.
