The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by President Ambrose. Present
were Lancaster, Greenberg, and Sabo. Absent was Garr. Board attorney Reimer was
present and conducted the hearing, and had a court reporter present to record the
hearing.

At 7:25 Lancaster made a motion to adjourn to Executive Session, seconded by
Sabo. Ambrose and Greenberg both voted to concur. The Board deliberated the
evidence presented during the Schumert Hearing.
At 7:55 Sabo made a motion to end Executive Session, seconded by Lancaster.
Ambrose and Greenberg both voted to concur.

At 8:05 Lancaster made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Sabo.
Ambrose and Greenberg both voted to concur.
