called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
Mayor Craig Johnson stated that Alexian Brothers had reached an agreement to purchase the
Binney property for the parking structure. The Village will not have to use eminent domain to
acquire the property.
The meeting adjourned at 7:43 p.m.
