Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 22,2004 ,this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
Mayor Johnson noted that he had two candidates under consideration for Gayle Bantner's
replacement on the Fire& Police Commission. The consensus of the Village Board was to
include Gayle Bantner on the Village's Wall of Achievement for his 43 years of service to the
community, and to name the Fire&Police Commission office after Gayle Bantner.
It was also noted that Dr. Shapiro will serve out Gayle Bantner's term as the Chairman of the
Fire &Police Commission.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
