Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 22. 2004, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Litieation matter.

Litigation
It was noted that Boulevard Daycare has agreed to the Village'e concerns over their operations
by signing a written agreement. Furthermore, they will lose their daycare license if they
continue to violate the Village's ordinances.
Inspectors from the Department of Health &Community Services will continue to review the
daycare to ensure compliance.
