Village Manager B.DILL M.ROAN Village Trustee Asst. to the Manager P.FEICHTER G.KNICKERBOCKER Village Trustee Village Attorney S.LISSNER Village Trustee J.PETRI Village Trustee C.PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 22.2004, this Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter. Number of pages attached: I Date(s) of review for release: July,2005 Date of approval for release: lZe— D f O 5-0t, -g- (q-Q U 6/22/04 8:06 p.m. Litigation The Mayor noted that the Village has hired the legal firm of Storino,Ramello &Durkin to represent the Village in the case involving underage drinking at the Holiday Inn. Furthermore, it was noted that if minors are given alcohol on the premises by someone other than a bartender,then the Village would still enforce the incident as if the minors were receiving the alcohol directly from the Holiday Inn server. The Mayor noted that the Liquor Commission would be meeting with representatives from Holiday Inn to discuss this issue on Thursday, July 1. The Mayor stated that the Liquor Commission would likely levy some type of suspension of the liquor license for a period of six to eight days and a fine of approximately $2,500. The meeting adjourned at 8:10.m.
