Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 20, 2004 ,this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Mayor and Board noted that they were satisfied with Brooke Beal's proposed
compensation package for the upcoming year. The package provided for a 3.5% increase. This
is the first time in 11 years that the Village has been able to vote on the Executive Director of
SWANCC's compensation package.
