PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 20,2004 ,this Executive Sessioq ff aY called to consider a Land Acquisition matter. AUG 16 2004 7/20/04 6:25p.m. VILLAGE CLERK'S OFFICE Land Acquisition On Thursday, July 22, representatives from Gullo International Development will be meeting with Village officials to discuss the sale of the Dierking Terrace property. It was noted that Alan Boffice has indicated that problems may exist with site engineering and FEMA map changes. Furthermore, Ron Behm of Colliers Bennet &Kahnweiler has indicated that he may have another potential buyer lined up for the property. If neither of these options work, it was mentioned that the Village may be interested in keeping the property and renting out for recreational vehicle storage. The Manager noted that A. Boffrce is developing a cost proposal for developing the property for this type of use. It was noted that if the Village keeps the property for the storage of recreational vehicles, it could still be sold at a later date. The meeting adjourned at 6:32 p.m.
