PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on August 18, 2004 ,this Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter. Number of pages attached: l Date(s) of review for release: July 2005 Date of approval for release: kC-t) No S-ob 8/18/04 6:45 p.m. Land Acquisition The Department of Engineering & Community Development has developed cost estimates to create Dierking Terrace into a recreational vehicle park. The minimal work needed to make the lot usable for recreational vehicles,which would be to create a gravel parking lot,would cost the Village approximately $500,000. The addition of fencing, lighting and any other features would run the costs up to $1 million. Due to the costs to upgrade the property, it was the consensus of the Board to follow through with the sale of the property to John Gullo for approximately$970,000 An amended purchase agreement will be presented by the Village Attorney to the Village Board for adoption under New Business at tonight's Village Board meeting. The meeting adjourned at 6:47 p.m.
