Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on November 16 2004 ,this Executive
Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
It was noted that management had not received any feedback regarding the Village's response
to Firefighter Peter Gutzmer's editorial. Fire Union representative, Kevin Quinn, has stated
that he agreed with everything that was said by the Village except the last paragraph regarding
Fire Union motives for the editorial.
