Meeting Minutes
November 10, 1994

chairman Inzerello called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M. and
summarized the Legal Notice for the hearing.
Residential Zoning variation - Docket 94-9.
Mr. and Mrs. Balicki explained to the Board that they have lived in
their current house (501 Pinewood) for over 16 years and during those
years have not been able to grow anything along the front of their
house, creating a large bare area. The Balicki 's also explained that
the reason for seeking the variation to build an detached structure
(wooden deck) within 60 feet of the front property line was to fill in
that bare area which would make their home more presentable.
The Zoning Board and Mr. Ray expressed concerns regarding the exact
size, location, and materials to be used for the deck.
The Balicki 's stated that the deck would be located just in front of
the house and would be approximately 6 ft. wide X 22 ft. long X 3 ft.
high. They also said the deck would be made of wolmanized wood and
stained and designed to compliment the house.
Mr. Ray also asked if the deck would be in any way attached to the
house, which the Balicki 's said no. They said the deck would be
supported by independent piers.

Chairman Inzerello asked for any further comments, then requested a
motion. A motion was made by Mr. Phillips and seconded by Mr. Oliveto
to grant the variation. The motion was passed by unanimous vote. The
meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
