August 29, 1995

Residential Zoning variation - Docket 95-8 - 1803 Oriole.
Acting Chairman Phillips called the meeting to order at 7: 00 p.m. and
read the legal notice aloud.
Laura Fank explained that they were seeking the variation to build an
adequate room addition for her mother who needs the room for oxygen
tanks and other medical equipment.
Kathy Zizzo asked about the exact size of the proposed addition.
Marianne Coffman and Ray Herrick inquired about the exact positioning
of the house with respect to lot lines.
Paul Kaplan and Ray Herrick noted that the lot was quite wide and open
and that no sight problems for pedestrians or vehicular traffic were
apparent.
Kathy Zizzo asked if the existing fence would remain and how many rooms
would be constructed in the addition.
Laura Fank explained that the fence would remain and that the addition
would consist of a bedroom, living room and bathroom.

Ray Herrick moved to grant the variation which was seconded by Kathy
Zizzo. The motion was passed by unanimous vote.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
